What You Get During the Trial
Full feature access -- Every capability available on the Standard tier is unlocked during your trial. This includes the web voice widget, knowledge base, custom prompts, multi-language support, and analytics.
Web widget testing -- Make unlimited test calls through the browser-based voice widget to evaluate agent quality before committing.
Setup wizard -- Walk through the complete configuration process: company details, products and services, persona, greeting, and knowledge base upload.
API access -- Generate API keys and integrate the voice widget into your website during the trial.
Browse the Agent Catalog and select the agent you want to try.
On the agent detail page, click Start Free Trial.
Complete the Setup Wizard to configure your agent instance.
Your trial begins immediately and runs for exactly 72 hours.
Tip
Tip: You can activate trials for multiple agents at the same time. This is useful for testing multi-agent configurations like a Receptionist + Customer Support setup before purchasing a bundle.
Trial Limitations
No phone number -- During the trial, you can only test via the web widget. Phone numbers are assigned after you subscribe. See Phone Numbers for provisioning details.
One trial per agent type -- You can activate one trial per agent type (e.g., one Receptionist trial and one Customer Support trial, but not two Receptionist trials).
No rollover -- If the trial expires, you cannot reactivate a free trial for the same agent type. Subscribe to continue using the agent.
What Happens When the Trial Expires
After 72 hours, your trial status changes to EXPIRED automatically:
Your agent instance becomes inactive and stops responding to calls.
Your configuration, knowledge base, and any call logs from the trial period are preserved for 30 days.
If you subscribe within 30 days, all your settings are restored instantly -- no need to reconfigure.
