Agent Bundles

Bundles let you deploy multiple AI agents under a single subscription with significant savings over individual purchases. Each bundle is billed as one Razorpay subscription, so you get a single invoice and one payment cycle for all included agents.

What Is Included in Each Bundle

Every bundle includes Standard tier minutes for each agent:

• AI Receptionist -- 400 included minutes
• Customer Support -- 500 included minutes
• Technical Support -- 400 included minutes
• Callback Add-on (Full Suite only) -- 50 outbound callbacks per month

Overage rates remain the same as individual plans (Rs 6-8/min depending on agent type). See Usage Tracking for overage details.

How Bundle Billing Works

1. Single subscription -- You subscribe to the bundle through Razorpay. One payment covers all agents in the bundle.
2. Individual agent instances -- Each agent in the bundle gets its own instance with separate configuration, knowledge base, and call logs.
3. Shared or separate numbers -- You can route all agents through a single phone number (using the Handoff System) or assign dedicated numbers to each agent.
4. Monthly invoices -- One consolidated invoice with GST breakdown per the bundle price.

Multi-Agent Routing with Bundles

Bundles pair naturally with the Multi-Agent System. When you purchase a Starter or Business Suite bundle, you can configure:

• A primary agent (typically the AI Receptionist) that answers all inbound calls
• Handoff rules that route callers to Customer Support or Technical Support based on their request
• Business hours per agent -- for example, the Receptionist runs 24/7 while Support runs 9 AM to 6 PM
• Fallback behavior when a target agent is unavailable (callback scheduling, voicemail, etc.)

Upgrading and Downgrading

• Single to bundle: Your existing agent instance, knowledge base, and call history carry over. The second (or third) agent is provisioned fresh.
• Bundle to single: If you cancel one agent from a bundle, your subscription automatically converts to standalone pricing for the remaining agent(s).
• Switching bundles: Contact support@brtneura.info and we will handle the migration with no downtime.
