The dashboard is your home base in the Zentrix Agent Studio customer portal. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your AI agents, call activity, and usage metrics. Access it by navigating to /dashboard after signing in.
At the top of the dashboard, you will see summary cards showing your key metrics:

| Active Agents | Number of agents currently in ACTIVE or TRIAL status |
| Total Calls | Cumulative call count across all agents for the current billing period |
| Total Minutes | Total voice minutes consumed across all agents this billing period |
| Subscription Status | Your current plan status (TRIAL, ACTIVE, PAST_DUE, etc.) |
These cards update in near real-time as calls come in and minutes are consumed.
Below the overview cards, the Recent Calls section lists the latest voice interactions across all your agents:
Click on any call entry to view the full call details, including the complete transcript, summary, and any actions taken by the agent during the call (meetings booked, handoffs initiated, etc.).
Tip: Use the sentiment indicator to quickly spot calls that may need follow-up. Negative sentiment often indicates unresolved issues that a human should review.
