Zentrix Agent Studio ("Platform"), a product by BRTNeura Technology LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI agent platform available at agentstudio.brtneura.com.

By using our Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

2. Data We Collect

Account Information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business name and details

Usage Data:

• Call logs, transcripts, and recordings (for voice agents)
• Agent configuration and knowledge base content
• Subscription and billing history
• API usage and access logs

Automatically Collected:

• IP address and browser type
• Device information
• Pages visited and interaction data

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, India. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2+. We implement row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure you can only access your own data.

We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following third-party services only as necessary to provide our Platform:

• Razorpay — Payment processing (name, email, phone for billing)
• Bolna AI / Retell AI — Voice agent platform (call audio, transcripts, agent configuration)
• Exotel — Telephony provider (phone numbers, call routing)
• OpenAI — Text embeddings for knowledge base search (document content, anonymised)
• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — Application hosting and CDN

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. DPDPA 2023 Compliance

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

• Consent: We collect and process your data only with your explicit consent, obtained at the time of account creation.
• Purpose limitation: Your data is processed solely for providing and improving our AI agent services.
• Data minimization: We collect only the data necessary for the Platform to function.
• Right to access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data via your account settings.
• Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Grievance redressal: Contact our Data Protection Officer at the email below for any privacy-related concerns.

6. Cookies

We use only essential HttpOnly session cookies (JWTs) to maintain your authentication state. These cookies are:

• HttpOnly — not accessible to JavaScript
• Secure — transmitted only over HTTPS
• SameSite=Lax — protection against CSRF attacks

We do not use any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Call logs and transcripts are retained for 90 days after a subscription ends unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

8. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all personal data, please email support@brtneura.info with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
