The My Agents page shows all AI agent instances linked to your account. Each instance represents a configured, personalized version of an agent template from the catalog. Navigate to /my-agents to access this page.
Each agent instance is displayed as a card containing:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Agent name | The persona name you assigned during setup (e.g., "Priya - Front Desk") |
| Agent type | Receptionist, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Custom |
| Status badge | ACTIVE (green), TRIAL (blue with countdown), EXPIRED (gray), PAST_DUE (amber) |
| Phone number | The assigned Indian phone number, or "No number assigned" if pending |
| Subscription tier | Lite, Standard, or Pro, with the monthly price displayed |
| Usage meter | Visual progress bar showing included minutes consumed this billing cycle |
The usage meter on each agent card provides an immediate visual indicator of your minute consumption:
Below the meter, the exact count is displayed: e.g., "327 / 500 minutes used". See Usage Tracking for details on alerts and overage billing.
Each agent card offers the following actions:
Opens the agent configuration panel where you can modify:
Changes take effect after you click Save and the agent is re-synced to the voice platform.
Launches the full Setup Wizard from the beginning, letting you reconfigure the agent as if setting it up fresh. Your existing knowledge base and call history are preserved.
Opens a filtered view of all calls handled by this specific agent instance, including:
The Sync Agent button re-syncs your agent configuration to the voice platforms (phone call engine and web widget engine). Use this after making changes to ensure both platforms reflect your latest settings.
Tip: Syncing is usually automatic when you save changes. Use the manual sync button only if you notice your agent is not reflecting recent updates.
If you have multiple agents (either individually subscribed or via a bundle), the My Agents page displays a Routing Configuration section:
See Routing Configuration for detailed setup instructions and Business Hours for scheduling options.
Agents in TRIAL status show a countdown timer indicating how much trial time remains (e.g., "Trial ends in 1 day, 14 hours"). When the trial expires, the agent card displays a Subscribe button to convert to a paid plan. Your configuration is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry.
