Zentrix Agent Studio uses Razorpay for all payment processing. Razorpay is India's leading payment gateway, trusted by millions of businesses and fully PCI-DSS compliant -- your card details are never stored on our servers.

Supported Payment Methods

How Subscriptions Work

1. Choose an agent or bundle from the Agent Catalog or Bundles page.
2. Click Subscribe and select your preferred pricing tier.
3. Complete checkout through the Razorpay modal that appears. Pick your payment method and authorize the transaction.
4. Subscription activates immediately -- your agent starts handling calls right away.

Subscriptions are monthly recurring by default. Razorpay automatically charges your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You can also opt for annual billing at a 20% discount.

Subscription Lifecycle

Status	Meaning
TRIAL	Free trial active, no payment collected
ACTIVE	Paid subscription running, auto-renews monthly
PAST_DUE	Payment failed, retry in progress (3 automatic retries over 7 days)
CANCELLED	Subscription cancelled by customer, remains active until period end
EXPIRED	Trial or subscription ended

Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails, Razorpay will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days:

• Day 1: First retry
• Day 3: Second retry
• Day 7: Final retry

During this period, your subscription status shows as PAST_DUE but your agent continues to function. If all retries fail, the subscription is deactivated. You can reactivate by updating your payment method and making a manual payment from the Billing Page.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel any subscription at any time:

1. Go to Billing in the customer portal.
2. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm the cancellation in the two-step confirmation dialog.

After cancellation:

• Your agent remains active until the end of the current billing period (you have already paid for it).
• No further charges will be made.
• Your agent configuration, knowledge base, and call history are preserved for 30 days after the subscription ends.
• You can resubscribe at any time to restore your agent.

Security

• PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance -- Razorpay handles all card data. Zentrix Agent Studio never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
• 3D Secure authentication is enforced for all card transactions as mandated by RBI guidelines.
• HTTPS encryption on all pages -- payment data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+.
• Webhook signature verification -- All payment events from Razorpay are verified with HMAC-SHA256 signatures before processing.

Invoices

Invoices with full GST breakdown are generated automatically after each successful payment. See Invoices & GST for details.
