Every time a customer you referred subscribes to or renews an agent, you earn a commission. This page explains exactly how commissions are calculated, tracked, and paid out to your bank account.
Commission is a percentage of the base subscription amount (before any markup you may have set):
Commission = Base Subscription Amount x Commission Rate

Important: Commission is calculated on the base price, not on the marked-up price. The markup difference is yours to keep separately — it is not commission, it is your pricing margin.
Commissions are recurring — you earn every billing cycle (monthly or annually) as long as the customer's subscription is active.
Each commission record goes through four statuses:

| Approved | Admin has verified the commission. Ready to be included in your next payout. |
| Paid | Commission has been paid out to your bank account as part of a payout batch. |
| Cancelled | Subscription was refunded or cancelled before delivery. Commission voided. |
You can view all your commissions in the Partner Dashboard under the Commissions tab. Each entry shows:
Reseller and White-Label partners can also fetch commissions via the Partner API:

Authorization: Bearer nap_your_api_keyPayouts bundle all your Approved commissions into a single bank transfer.
As your referred customers pay their subscriptions, commission records are created in Pending status and move to Approved after admin verification.
From your Partner Dashboard, click Request Payout. This collects all your Approved commissions that have not yet been paid and creates a payout request.
The BRTNeura finance team reviews the payout request and initiates a bank transfer to your registered bank account.
Once the transfer is complete, the payout status changes to Completed and all linked commissions are marked as Paid.

Important: Bank details are stored securely and used only for commission payouts. We never share your banking information with third parties.
If you are a GST-registered entity, 18% GST applies on commission payouts. The GST component is shown separately on each commission record as gst_on_commission.

Tip: With markup pricing enabled, break-even drops to as few as 4-6 customers for Reseller and 8-10 for White-Label.
Q: Do I earn commission on trial subscriptions? No. Commission is generated only when a paid subscription is activated or renewed.
Q: What happens if a customer downgrades? Your commission adjusts to match the new subscription amount from the next billing cycle.
Q: Is there a cap on how much I can earn? No cap. The more customers you bring, the more you earn.
Q: Can I earn commission on my own subscriptions? No. Self-referral is not eligible for commission.
Q: What if a customer switches to a different agent? Commission continues based on whatever they are subscribed to — the referral link persists.
