Razorpay Integration

Zentrix Agent Studio uses Razorpay as its payment processing platform. Razorpay is India's leading payment gateway, handling all subscription billing, payment collection, and invoice generation. As a customer, you interact with Razorpay when subscribing to agents or bundles -- all payment flows are seamlessly embedded in the Zentrix Agent Studio interface.

How Payments Work

When you subscribe to an agent or bundle:

1. Click Subscribe on the agent detail page or pricing page.
2. Razorpay checkout modal opens within the Zentrix Agent Studio interface -- you never leave the site.
3. Choose your payment method and complete the transaction.
4. Subscription activates immediately upon successful payment.
5. Recurring billing happens automatically each month on the same date.

Security and Compliance

Razorpay provides enterprise-grade payment security:

• PCI-DSS Level 1 -- The highest level of payment card industry compliance. Your card details are encrypted and stored on Razorpay's secure servers. Zentrix Agent Studio never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
• 3D Secure -- All card transactions use 3D Secure (OTP verification) as mandated by RBI guidelines.
• TLS 1.2+ -- All payment data is transmitted over encrypted channels.
• Tokenization -- For recurring payments, Razorpay stores a tokenized reference to your payment method, not the actual card details.

GST Handling

All subscription prices on Zentrix Agent Studio are inclusive of 18% GST:

• CGST 9% + SGST 9% for intra-state transactions (within Maharashtra)
• IGST 18% for inter-state transactions

GST is automatically calculated and itemized on every invoice. BRTNeura Technology LLP's GSTIN is printed on all invoices for your input tax credit claims.

Subscription Lifecycle Events

Razorpay sends webhook events to Zentrix Agent Studio for every subscription status change. These are processed automatically:

subscription.activated	Agent instance goes live, status set to ACTIVE
subscription.charged	Monthly payment collected, invoice generated
subscription.cancelled	Agent remains active until period end, then deactivates
payment.failed	Status set to PAST_DUE, Razorpay retries 3 times over 7 days

Payment Links During Calls

Your AI agent can generate Razorpay payment links during live calls using the create_payment_link tool. This is useful for:

• Collecting consultation fees
• Processing invoice payments
• Taking orders over the phone

The agent creates a one-time payment link and sends it to the caller's phone via SMS. The caller can pay using any supported method.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management is done from the Billing Page in your customer portal:

• View active subscriptions and their status
• See payment history with dates and amounts
• Download invoices
• Cancel subscriptions (two-step confirmation, see Payments for details)
