How to Become a Partner

The Zentrix Partner Program lets you earn recurring commissions by referring customers, reselling AI agents to your clients, or running a fully branded AI platform under your own domain. Here is exactly how to get started.

Step 1 — Create a Zentrix Account

If you do not already have a Zentrix Agent Studio account, sign up at agentstudio.brtneura.com/register. You can use email OTP or Google sign-in.

Step 2 — Open the Partner Application

Once logged in, go to Partner Hub > Apply from your customer sidebar, or navigate directly to /partner/apply.

Step 3 — Choose Your Partner Tier

You will see three tiers. Pick the one that matches your business model:

Referral	Free	10%	Individuals, freelancers, bloggers, small businesses
Reseller	Rs 9,999/mo	20%	Agencies, consultants, IT service providers managing clients
White-Label	Rs 24,999/mo	30%	Companies wanting a fully branded AI agent platform

Step 4 — Fill Out the Application Form

Provide the following details:

• Company name (or your name if individual)
• Company website (optional but recommended)
• Description of how you plan to use the partner program
• Expected number of customers you plan to bring in
• Contact phone number

Step 5 — Wait for Approval

After submission, the BRTNeura team reviews your application. Typical review time:

Tier	Review Time
Referral	1-2 business days
Reseller	2-3 business days
White-Label	3-5 business days (includes branding review)

You will receive an email notification once your application is approved or if additional information is needed.

Step 6 — Get Your Referral Code

Once approved, your partner account is activated and you receive a unique 8-character referral code (e.g. ACME2K9X). This code is visible in your Partner Dashboard.

Step 7 — Start Referring Customers

Share your referral code with potential customers. They can enter it during registration. When they subscribe to any agent, you earn commission automatically.

What Happens After Approval

• Partner Dashboard unlocks at /partner/dashboard with real-time stats
• Referral code is generated and ready to share
• Commission tracking begins automatically for every customer who uses your code
• API access is available for Reseller and White-Label tiers (see API Reference)

Application Statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Application submitted, waiting for review
Under Review	Admin is reviewing your application
Approved	You are in — partner account is active
Rejected	Application declined (you will receive a reason via email)

Can I Reapply?

Yes. If your application is rejected, you can submit a new application after addressing the feedback provided in the rejection notes.

Upgrading Your Tier

Already a Referral partner and want to upgrade to Reseller or White-Label? Contact support@brtneura.info or reach out via your Partner Dashboard. Your existing referral code, customers, and commission history carry over.
