AI Generate is the fastest way to create a starting knowledge base for your agent. It uses AI to automatically produce a structured FAQ document based on your company details -- giving you a solid foundation that you can customize with your specific information.
Access AI Generate from Step 4 (Knowledge Base) in the setup wizard by selecting the AI Generate tab.
The AI produces a structured document with three main sections:
Company Overview -- A 2-3 sentence summary of your business based on the description you provided.
Frequently Asked Questions -- 8-10 realistic Q&A pairs covering topics that customers commonly ask about:
Key Policies -- Brief summaries of your refund policy, privacy stance, and support SLA.
When the AI does not have specific details about your business, it inserts placeholder markers like:
Q: What are your business hours?
A: We are open [EDIT: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST].
For after-hours inquiries, email us at [EDIT: support@yourcompany.com].Look for [EDIT: ...] markers throughout the generated content. Replace each one with your actual business details before saving.

You can run AI Generate multiple times. Each generation creates new content in the editor. However, saving will create a new knowledge base source -- it does not overwrite previous sources. If you regenerate and save, you may want to delete the old source to avoid duplicates.
